The Executive Sous Chef is responsible for leading teams across the growing number of multiple food outlets with different menus including restaurants, banquet functions, on course and all other outlets assuring quality and cost standards are consistently attained. The Executive Chef will develop menus; test recipes; determine costs and purchase specifications for review; and monitor food and labor budget.
As an Equipment Technician at Sand Valley, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all machinery operates at peak performance to support the maintenance of our golf courses. Your technical expertise will be essential for performing routine maintenance and executing prompt repairs, ensuring smooth operations. This role requires a proactive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to collaborate with the Equipment Manager to uphold our high standards.

More than two decades ago, Mike Keiser set out to find a piece of property on which he could build Dream Golf. Inspired by the best in the home of golf—Scotland, Ireland, and England—the initial course would be built on rugged, windswept sand dunes, and be open to the public. From this dream, Bandon Dunes was born in 1999, with seven courses being added at the resort in ensuing years. Built on the success of the west coast resort, five courses at Sand Valley in Central Wisconsin have since followed, along with a new resort outside Denver, Colorado, Rodeo Dunes, currently under construction.
