All Food and Beverages Must Be Catered by Sand Valley in Accordance with Wisconsin State Liquor and Food Handling Laws, as Well as Our Banquet Policies.
Group Dining Arrangements Can Be Secured Once All Deposits Are Received. Final Details Must Be Confirmed No Later Than 21 Days Prior to the Date of Arrival. Group Dining, Including Specialized Menu Selections, Cottage Dining, or On-Course Items Billed to the Master Account, Are Subject to a 21% Service Charge in Addition to Any Applicable Set-Up Fees, Minimums, and/or Taxes. All Dining Events for Groups of 8 or More Guests Are Billed on a Single Check.
Cancellations and/or Reductions to F&B Events Must Be Made a Minimum of 7 Days in Advance to Avoid Cancellation Charges. Requested Changes Are Subject to Availability of Menu Items and Event Space.
Sand Valley Reserves the Right to Refuse Service and/or Request the Removal of Any Individual Who, in the Judgement of the Management, Exhibits Behavior Indicating Excessive Intoxication or Poses a Disruption to the Safety and Enjoyment of Others.
In Wisconsin, Corkage Fees Are Prohibited. Customers Are Not Allowed to Bring Their Own Alcohol into Any Establishment Licensed to Sell Alcohol, per Wis. Stat. 125.32(6).
